I've always been a planner. Since I was a teenager, I would always be a dedicated person to come up with a plan and execute it. By the time I was 16, I already had the next 7 years planned out in my life: finish school, study Business and Event Management at college, take a 1 year GAP year to gain experience in Events, move to London to complete my degree in Event Management and then get a job as an Event / Wedding Planner (ideally at Disney! Haha!)
But sometimes your plan doesn't always work out as we imagined. Spontaneity and giving up control can sometimes change the direction of our life for the better. When I was 16, my life right now was not the 'plan' nor would I have imagined being here. However, I wouldn't change it for anything. Not going by my plan actually worked out better. It's definitely scary, particularly if giving up control is hard. But go fo it... and see what happens!
